Pingroom is operated by RobbyJsocials. We collect the account details presenters give us (name, email, username) and the responses audiences submit to polls. Audience members are identified only by a random ID stored in their browser and any name they choose to enter.

The Pingroom PowerPoint add-in stores a sign-in token in the add-in's own browser storage and saves only the chosen poll's ID inside your presentation file. It does not read the other content of your slides.

If you use the AI features, the topic, file or poll responses you send are processed by Anthropic to generate the result. They are not used to train AI models.

We use this data only to run the service. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see full card numbers. We don't sell personal data. Presenters can delete polls and their responses at any time; email robbyjsocials@gmail.com to delete your account.
