How do I add a poll to a PowerPoint slide?
Insert the Pingroom add-in on a slide, log in with your Pingroom account, and pick a poll. Voting opens when the slideshow reaches the slide, or click Go live.
The add-in says it can't load my polls.
Click Refresh in the add-in. If it keeps happening, click Log out and log in again.
How do I show a different poll on a slide?
Outside the slideshow, hover the slide and click the ⋯ button.
How does my audience join?
They open the join link or scan the QR code shown on the slide. They don't need an app or an account.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Go to Upgrade in your dashboard and open the billing portal. You can cancel any time.
How do I delete my account?
Email robbyjsocials@gmail.com from the address on your account.
